Job Overview
Karmaa Solutions is hiring an Assistant General Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead strategic hiring and workforce planning for a growing organization in Mumbai. This leadership role oversees end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, executive leadership and technical hiring, recruitment budgeting, vendor management, and team leadership across engineering and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
TA Strategy & Leadership: Formulate end-to-end recruitment strategies, lead and mentor the internal recruitment team, and manage recruitment budgets.
Workforce Planning & Executive Hiring: Collaborate with senior management and business heads to drive leadership, niche, technical, and bulk hiring mandates.
Sourcing & Channel Management: Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and manage external recruitment vendor partnerships.
Metrics & Employer Branding: Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, hiring efficiency) and drive employer branding initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with business leadership, candidates, and external staffing partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven leadership track record in talent acquisition management, managing recruitment teams, and handling complex hiring mandates.
Industry Background: Direct experience in EPC, Solar, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Infrastructure domains is preferred.
Core Competencies: Strategic workforce planning, leadership hiring expertise, budget management, negotiation, and executive stakeholder communication.
