We are seeking a Head of P&C Operations GBS, reporting directly to the GBS Managing Director, to join our People & Culture team based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing global People and Culture operations within the Global Business Services organization, ensuring efficient, scalable, and compliant HR service delivery, driving operational excellence, process standardization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across geographies. Your key responsibilities include leading end-to-end P&C operations teams covering global P&C data management, India payroll services, talent acquisition operations, global mobility operations, and learning and development operations, partnering closely with centers of excellence, driving productivity roadmaps, championing the Human plus AI operating model, maintaining effective governance and SLAs, and owning the P&C operations GBS budget. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a business-related field, bringing around 15 to 18 years of total experience with at least 10 plus years at a managerial level in a global and complex international, multi-stakeholder environment, with strong exposure to HCM and ERP platforms like Oracle, ServiceNow HRSD, transformation management, and data privacy compliance.
