Alpha Male, a premium science-backed men's wellness brand, is urgently hiring an HR Executive for an on-site role in Mumbai. In this full-time role, you will lead and build the end-to-end HR function from scratch, working closely with the founding team to handle recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage hiring across Sales, Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, Customer Support, and Warehouse verticals.
Write detailed Job Descriptions (JDs), post openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Apna, and actively source talent.
Screen resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate interview schedules.
Negotiate salary offers and close open positions within defined timelines.
Maintain and track the hiring pipeline using a simple tracker.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Execute accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
Track daily attendance, leave balances, and overtime inputs.
Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS calculations with the finance/accounting team.
Maintain complete salary records and manage the timely issuance of payslips.
3. Onboarding & Exit Management
Issue offer/appointment letters and complete pre-boarding documentation.
Conduct structured induction sessions to ensure new hires become productive from week one.
Oversee exit formalities and manage full & final (F&F) settlements smoothly.
4. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain comprehensive employee files and update the HR database regularly.
Draft, implement, and communicate HR policies (attendance, leaves, code of conduct).
Address employee queries, drive employee engagement, and coordinate overall office administration.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably across multi-functional roles.
Domain Knowledge: Functional understanding of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Industry Advantage: Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, wellness, or startup environments is a plus.
Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
