Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Professional to partner with leadership and employees in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a positive culture and driving business outcomes. Key focus areas include talent acquisition with end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding, onboarding and offboarding for smooth transitions, engaging orientation, and exit processes, HR policy management for drafting, implementing, and driving policy adherence, employee relations for conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and trusted advisory, performance management for goal-setting, reviews, and coaching managers, compensation and benefits for payroll inputs, benchmarking, and pay equity reviews, learning and development for training needs analysis, career pathways, and succession planning, compliance and risk for labour law compliance, audits, and policy governance, HR operations and HRIS with Keka HRIS tool including modules for employee data management, leave and attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and policy updates, culture and DEI for championing inclusive practices, recognition programs, and engagement surveys, and HR analytics for metrics tracking and insights for decision-making. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or Psychology with Master degree preferred, 8 plus years of HR partnership experience, strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance, and excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in the Keka HRIS tool. Nice to have includes experience in engineering or electronics product-based companies, multi-state HR exposure, and change management and org design experience.
