Profile Consultants is hiring on behalf of a leading organization in the energy, thermal power, and infrastructure sectors with a workforce size of around 1,000 to 5,000 employees. We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced professional for the position of Head - Talent Acquisition, based in Gurgaon.
The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business expansion plans across thermal power, nuclear energy, and power generation sectors. Key duties include leading large-scale recruitment campaigns for both greenfield and brownfield power generation projects and driving end-to-end talent acquisition across engineering, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, commercial, finance, HR, legal, HSE, and project management functions.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 15 years of post-MBA HR dedicated talent acquisition leadership experience strictly within thermal power, nuclear power, conventional energy, EPC, or allied infrastructure sectors. Mandatory exposure to sourcing technical talent for design, engineering, erection, and commissioning functions is required. The role demands building a sustainable talent pipeline for future manpower needs, establishing robust talent mapping and market intelligence across the energy ecosystem, and partnering closely with business leaders for strategic workforce planning and hiring forecasts. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-location hiring for technical and engineering roles and deep expertise in the power generation, heavy manufacturing, and utility operations landscape.
