Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in core HR operations and a solid grounding in talent acquisition, making them a versatile contributor who can seamlessly manage the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire. Operating within a fast-paced tech consulting environment, you will be expected to work independently, demonstrate strong process orientation, and partner closely with business stakeholders. Key responsibilities in HR Operations include managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, annual manpower planning and headcount forecasting for finance, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, separations, and full and final settlement. You will own and maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS such as Zoho HR and HRIS. The role involves developing HR analytics frameworks, dashboards, and key inputs to provide leadership with actionable insights on workforce trends, talent risks, productivity, and engagement. You will drive operational excellence, process standardization, digitalization, and governance frameworks. In compensation and compliance, you will manage monthly attendance, leave regularization, leave without pay communication, travel reimbursements, pre-employment medical checks, leave accruals, gratuity provisioning, variable pay and incentive accruals, full and final settlement liability computation, and retiral and benefits cost tracking across PF, NPS, and insurance. You will coordinate with payroll for error-free processing and ensure statutory compliance across PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, and Shops and Establishment Act. Documentation duties include drafting and managing offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, relieving letters, disciplinary letters, employee records, and joining announcements. You will prepare HR MIS dashboards on headcount, attrition, and hiring, support performance management system processes, variable pay sheets, annual appraisal sheets, handle employee grievances, support engagement initiatives, town halls, rewards and recognition, pulse surveys, drive HR audit readiness, compliance training, hiring checklists, vendor contracts, and manage travel requisitions, visa processing, service POs, and travel policy audits. In Talent Acquisition, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and junior roles across technology, consulting, and support functions for MES and Data Science, partner with hiring managers on job descriptions and structured interviews, source candidates via LinkedIn, internal postings, referrals, and staffing partners, screen resumes, conduct initial rounds, manage offer negotiations, maintain SharePoint and Excel trackers, track metrics like turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, and cost per hire, drive candidate onboarding experience, and support employer branding.
