Job Overview:
Filza Group is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Lead for its Koramangala, Bengaluru office. Reporting to the Head of HR & Administration, the position manages full life-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on IT hiring, while also overseeing recruitment for NBFC, BPO, FinTech, Sales, Operations, and Corporate Support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle operations, primarily focusing on IT and technology mandates.
- Source talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, database search, and employee referrals.
- Perform candidate resume screening, technical alignment assessments, and preliminary interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling, offer negotiations, pre-joining follow-ups, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche IT tech stacks within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Manage recruitment for NBFC, BPO, FinTech, Sales, and Corporate support volume hiring.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment analytics.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 6 to 8 years of core Talent Acquisition experience, with mandatory hands-on IT recruitment background.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent degree.
- Advanced candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
- Exposure to hiring Java, .NET, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Product, and Cyber Security roles is an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, salary negotiation, communication, and pipeline execution capabilities.
