Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description:
ā¢ Handle manpower requirements and end-to-end recruitment.
ā¢ Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, references and social media.
ā¢ Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
ā¢ Coordinate technical/management interviews and candidate follow-ups.
ā¢ Manage salary negotiation and the offer letter process.
ā¢ Handle pre-joining formalities and document collection.
ā¢ Coordinate employee onboarding, induction and joining formalities.
ā¢ Maintain recruitment records, employee databases and onboarding trackers.
Required Skills:
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding.
ā¢ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
ā¢ Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
ā¢ Knowledge of HRMS/ATS will be an advantage.
Qualification:
ā¢ MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA or Graduate.
ā¢ Female candidates preferred.

Job Description:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
ā¢ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
ā¢ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
ā¢ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
ā¢ Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
ā¢ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
ā¢ Ensure a positive candidate experience.
ā¢ Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.
ā¢ Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
ā¢ Handle hiring for business-critical positions, especially Business Development Associate (BDA) and other sales roles.
Requirements:
ā¢ 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR Operations.
ā¢ Experience hiring for sales/BDA roles is an added advantage.
ā¢ Strong understanding of recruitment and sourcing strategies.
ā¢ Familiarity with job portals and ATS platforms.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
ā¢ Laptop is mandatory.
