Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Handle hiring for business-critical positions, especially Business Development Associate (BDA) and other sales roles.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR Operations.
• Experience hiring for sales/BDA roles is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with job portals and ATS platforms.
