Its proven governance models, including the Zero Fatality Corridor (ZFC) and Zero Fatality District (ZFD), have helped reduce highway fatalities significantly across India and are adopted as national standards.
About the Role
SaveLIFE Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment across functions and seniority levels. The role will partner closely with functional heads and HR leadership to understand workforce requirements, develop proactive talent sourcing strategies, run structured and fair selection processes, and deliver high-calibre hires within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy and Workforce Planning
Partner with functional heads and HR leadership to translate organizational requirements into actionable hiring plans
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, including critical and senior leadership positions
Develop tailored sourcing strategies based on role complexity, urgency, seniority, and talent-market availability
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
Recruitment and Selection
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding handover
Map relevant organisations, target talent pools, and actively headhunt high-quality passive candidates
Utilize AI-enabled sourcing tools and digital platforms to identify and engage talent with precision
Articulate the organisation mission, exposure, and ownership value proposition credibly to prospective hires
Maintain continuous candidate engagement across multi-step interview rounds
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a strategic recruitment advisor to hiring managers and departmental leadership
Guide stakeholders on market trends, compensation expectations, candidate benchmarks, and hiring timelines
Drive interview panels to deliver timely evaluation feedback and resolve recruitment bottlenecks proactively
Recruitment Process Excellence
Establish and standardize structured interview frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and compliant offer workflows
Maintain clean, real-time recruitment pipeline data and applicant tracking on Zoho HRMS
Manage recruitment vendors, search firms, and external staffing partners effectively
Candidate Experience and Employer Branding
Ensure a professional, transparent, and prompt candidate experience across all touchpoints
Strengthen the organizational Employee Value Proposition based on candidate feedback and market insights
Manage pre-onboarding workflows to ensure new hires connect seamlessly with the organizational mission
Recruitment Analytics and Technology
Build and manage recruitment analytics dashboards and reports for senior leadership review
Explore, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI tools and platforms to modernize sourcing, screening, and outreach
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment across diverse functions and levels
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Management, or related field; postgraduate degree or MBA in HR is preferred
Proven track record of successfully engaging and hiring passive, hard-to-reach talent for mid to senior-level roles
Strong background in stakeholder management and partnering directly with senior leadership
Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-powered recruitment tools, modern sourcing platforms, and Zoho HRMS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and influencing abilities
Passion for mission-driven work, social impact, public systems reform, and governance
