Job Description
HR Connectify is hiring an HR Associate – IR/ER to support HR operations, employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires hands-on experience in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, industrial discipline, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle employee relations matters, employee queries, and grievance resolution.
Support Industrial Relations and Employee Relations activities, including industrial discipline and misconduct cases.
Assist in managing disciplinary actions and maintaining related documentation.
Coordinate with unions and employee representatives where required.
Manage recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding, employee documentation, and other employee lifecycle processes.
Prepare payroll inputs and support payroll reconciliation activities.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and relevant HR data.
Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable requirements.
Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Maintain HR trackers, reports, and MIS using MS Excel and HRMS platforms.
Work with HRMS tools, including KEKA, to maintain employee information and HR processes.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee, payroll, grievance, and compliance-related information.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR, IR, and ER processes.

Experience: 2–4 Years in HRBP / IR / ER
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW (HR) / M.Psych Preferred
