Esktec is hiring an experienced HR Professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, employee engagement, and HR reporting. The role involves partnering with hiring managers and employees while supporting the effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors for contract hiring and niche recruitment requirements.
- Support end-to-end HR Operations and Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labour regulations, and HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and related documentation.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and improving HR policies and processes.
- Track and prepare reports on staffing, retention, attrition, and other HR metrics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and employee experience programs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment and people-related requirements.
- Respond to employee queries and provide support on various HR matters.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Manage multiple HR priorities effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Support the implementation of HR best practices and process improvements.
