Job Description
MLJ Industries Limited is hiring a Plant HR Manager for an on-site manufacturing facility located in Kasna, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This full-time leadership position requires 12 to 15 years of experience to lead plant-level HR operations, industrial relations, contractor management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), and shop-floor grievance handling.
Ensure stringent labor law compliance, statutory documentation, and complete audit readiness (PF, ESI, factory acts).
Oversee daily attendance tracking, shift management, leave records, payroll inputs, and plant HR operations.
Manage contract labor, external manpower vendors, and ensure contractor compliance.
Implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, training programs, and employee retention.
Maintain HR MIS reports, HRMS data, and partner with plant management for workforce requirements.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 12–15 years of HR experience with a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, paper, packaging, or industrial plant HR environments.
Qualification: MBA or PGDM in HR (or equivalent degree).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Industrial Relations, labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and contract labor management.
Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
