Job Description:
Loyalstring Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to independently manage end-to-end HR activities for its product-based organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels
Handle candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation and offer management
Manage technical hiring for Software Developers, QA, Flutter, React, .NET, Technical Support and other business functions
HR Operations:
Manage onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers and exit/full & final processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs and HR MIS
Coordinate PF, UAN, ESIC and other statutory requirements
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Address employee queries, concerns and grievances
Manage employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives
Support employee retention and overall employee experience
Performance Management:
Manage probation and confirmation processes
Coordinate appraisals and performance reviews
Support managers with KRA/KPI setting and performance-related matters
Identify training and development requirements
HR Policies & Compliance:
Implement and communicate HR policies and processes
Handle attendance, absenteeism, late coming, misconduct and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and labour requirements
HR Reporting & Management Support:
Prepare recruitment, attendance, employee strength, attrition and other HR MIS reports
Support manpower planning and management decisions
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency
Candidate Profile:
MBA/PGDM in HR or Human Resources Management
4-7 years of relevant HR experience
Strong experience in Recruitment and HR Operations
Experience in both IT and non-IT hiring preferred
Strong employee-handling and communication skills
Good knowledge of payroll inputs, HR policies and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/HR tools
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Experience in a product-based or technology company is an added advantage
