Key Responsibilities
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment activities.
Coordinate candidate interviews, onboarding procedures, and formal joining formalities.
Oversee day-to-day HR administrative operations, employee databases, attendance, and leave management.
Act as a liaison between head office management, factory leadership, and plant employees on all HR matters.
Conduct periodic on-site visits to factory locations at Jangalpur, Domjur, and Hyderabad as needed.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 3–5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in the Chemical Manufacturing or General Manufacturing sectors.
Qualification: Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HR management tools, attendance/payroll tracking systems, and administrative record-keeping.
Competencies: Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a willingness to travel to multi-state factory sites.
