Job Description
Position: Payroll Executive
Experience: Relevant payroll experience preferred, including experience handling payroll for multiple clients.
Location: Noida and Manesar, Haryana
Salary: ₹2.5-₹3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and verify attendance, leave data, overtime, and shift details from multiple client locations.
Calculate stipends and salaries as per NAPS, D.Voc, and Flexi scheme guidelines.
Prepare monthly payroll sheets and ensure 100% accuracy before processing.
Coordinate NAPS portal updates, enrolment, stipend mapping, and claims submission.
Prepare monthly payroll invoices as per client agreements.
Support the Finance team in billing verification and payment follow-ups.
Share stipend subsidy claims with the Finance team for NAPS reimbursements.
Prepare and maintain monthly MIS including headcount reports, attrition and joining reports, NAPS stipend subsidy tracking, and payroll cost summaries.
Submit timely payroll and MIS reports to management and clients.
Maintain employee master data, bank details, joining documents, and contract files.
Maintain monthly payroll records, statutory files, challans, and audit documentation.
Support internal and client audits related to payroll and compliance.
Ensure all payroll records, forms, and statutory documents are complete and audit-ready.
Ensure strict timelines for payroll processing, client reporting, and stipend disbursement.
Eligibility:
Candidates should be graduates in any stream.
Relevant payroll experience, preferably handling payroll for multiple clients, will be preferred.
Candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing is required.
Candidates should be capable of managing payroll records, MIS, statutory documentation, and client-related payroll activities.
