Dr. Mehawade Eye Care is hiring an HR Executive for a full-time, on-site day-shift role located in Gadag and Bangalore. Offered at a salary package based on experience, this position is open to both freshers and experienced professionals proficient in English and Kannada to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR administration, attendance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Oversee attendance tracking, leave records, payroll coordination, and official HR documentation.
Handle daily employee queries, workplace grievance management, and policy implementation.
Maintain employee records, administrative trackers, and data management across MS Office and Google Sheets.
Coordinate internal team operations, follow-ups, and daily office communication independently.
Requirements
Key Expertise: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates (prior experience in HR operations, recruitment, or office administration preferred).
Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada and English (spoken communication, professional interaction, and written English).
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, email handling, and administrative data management.
Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, time management, problem-solving abilities, high level of confidentiality, and team coordination.
