We are building AstrΕdya into Indias most trusted premium Vedic astrology platform. As the team grows, we need someone to set up and run the back office covering administrative, HR, and finance processes that keep a growing company running properly. This role reports directly to the founders and touches every part of the business in an on-site setup near HUDA City Centre Metro, Gurgaon, operating Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage office administration including vendors, supplies, facilities, visitor management, and general office upkeep

Run HR operations encompassing onboarding, exit processes, employee records, offer letters, appointment letters, attendance, leave tracking, and monthly payroll inputs

Maintain statutory compliance documentation and coordinate with external consultants on regulatory filings

Support finance administration including invoices, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and coordination with accountants

Own scheduling, calendar management, travel bookings, and meeting coordination for founders and leadership

Handle day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the founders office
Candidate Requirements:

2 to 4 years of experience in administration, office management, HR operations, or similar back-office roles

Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidential company data

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and quick adaptability to new tools
