Position Details:

About the Role:
CanSupport, a non-profit organization providing home-based palliative care, is seeking a committed and proactive HR Executive to join its Human Resources and Administration team in Delhi. The candidate will help streamline recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance within a purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.
- Oversee HR operations, maintaining personnel files, employee databases, and HRMS documentation.
- Track daily attendance, leave records, and employee data management.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and support statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, labor laws).
- Drive employee engagement, staff welfare initiatives, induction programs, and team training.
- Assist in annual performance appraisals, documentation, and generating HR MIS reports.
- Enforce HR policies, maintain documentation accuracy, and resolve internal employee queries.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in HR operations and generalist functions.
- Sound understanding of recruitment workflows, payroll inputs, HRMS platforms, and statutory laws.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with high confidentiality and empathy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR digital software.
