White is hiring an HR Executive - Compliance for an on-site role in Thane, Mumbai. Offered at a salary of ā¹25,000 in-hand per month (commensurate with experience), this position focuses on managing end-to-end statutory and labour law compliances, vendor audits, and regulatory filings across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Handle monthly PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF compliance, including challan generation, ECR filing, and return submissions.
Manage UAN generation, PF transfer requests, ESIC registrations, and resolve employee compliance queries.
Coordinate with payroll teams for statutory deductions and perform reconciliation.
Monitor manpower and payroll vendors to ensure adherence to statutory compliance standards.
Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, licences, statutory records, and support internal/external audits.
Ensure organizational compliance with Minimum Wages, Contract Labour Act, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, and Shops & Establishment regulations.
Prepare monthly compliance MIS reports and stay updated on ongoing labour law amendments.
Requirements
Key Expertise: Minimum 2 to 3 years of core HR statutory compliance and labour law experience (logistics, warehousing, or manpower-intensive industry preferred).
Qualification: Graduate in HR, Commerce, or Law (Labour law certification is an added advantage).
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with PF/ESIC portals, statutory filings, advanced MS Excel, data reconciliation, and documentation.
Competencies: Deep knowledge of Indian labour laws, independent multi-location compliance management capability, strong audit preparation skills, and high attention to detail.
