Ristara Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition for an on-site role in Bangalore. This full-time position focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment across outlets, corporate, food production, and warehouse operations, supporting business growth and new store launches.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end multi-location recruitment for outlets, corporate, food production, and warehouse functions, ensuring staffing readiness for new outlet launches.
Partner with outlet operations and department heads to develop hiring plans, build strong talent pipelines, and handle high-volume QSR recruitment.
Source candidates through job portals, campus drives, referrals, job fairs, NGOs, and consultants, while mentoring the recruitment team.
Conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations, documentation, onboarding handovers, and coordinate with external partners for BGV and medicals.
Track key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Offer-to-Joining Ratio) and maintain MIS reports.
Support day-to-day HR operations, induction processes, and employer branding initiatives, with a willingness to travel across outlet locations in Bengaluru.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 4-7 years of experience in high-volume, multi-location recruitment, preferably within QSR, Retail, F&B, or Hospitality.
Technical Skills: Data-driven approach to recruitment reporting, MIS management, and proficiency in diverse sourcing channels.
Competencies: Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight timelines, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
