Job Description
Position: HR Executive. Experience: 1-3 Years. Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad. Employment Type: Full-Time. Edurise Learnings is looking for an HR professional who is passionate about people, talent, and building high-performing teams. The role involves identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for suitable roles across the organization, understanding job requirements, and developing effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates based on skills, experience, and organizational fit. The HR Executive will coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. The role also includes preparing and maintaining employee and recruitment-related documentation, assisting with employee onboarding and induction programs, maintaining recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR databases, supporting employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The candidate will address employee queries and coordinate with management to resolve HR-related concerns, assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives, monitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related activities, and support performance management and employee development initiatives. The HR Executive should stay updated with HR best practices and recruitment trends. Eligibility: Female candidates only. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition, excellent candidate evaluation and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple positions and priorities. The ideal candidate should have a proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach, strong problem-solving and people-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with LinkedIn and job portals will be an advantage. The role is suitable for someone who believes that great organizations are built by great people and wants to contribute to building a strong and talented workforce.
