Job Description
SaplingsHR is hiring a Manager ā Talent Acquisition for a reputed Non-Profit Organization. The professional will independently drive the organization's end-to-end recruitment function while managing both strategic and hands-on hiring responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition from sourcing through onboarding.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies and workforce hiring plans.
Manage sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Drive field and multi-location hiring requirements.
Coordinate with programme, operational, and functional stakeholders.
Oversee screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Drive positive candidate experience and improve offer-to-joining conversion.
Own recruitment MIS, dashboards, TAT, and hiring analytics.
Manage recruitment vendors and external consultants.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
Strengthen employer branding and recruitment processes.
Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and recruitment strategy.
Experience in field, multi-location, or high-volume hiring preferred.
Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
Exposure to recruitment analytics, MIS, and vendor management.
Candidates with Non-Profit, NGO, or Social Impact sector experience are preferred.
