About the Role:
Asmaitha Wireless Technologies is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations in Bengaluru. The role requires taking independent ownership of talent acquisition, employee lifecycle administration, statutory compliance, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct end-to-end recruitment workflows, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer extensions.
- Manage full employee lifecycle tasks: onboarding formalities, joining inductions, personnel documentation, and exit clearances.
- Track attendance, manage leave records, and oversee payroll processing coordination.
- Coordinate statutory compliance activities, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and labor regulations.
- Drive employee engagement programs, support employee relations, and assist with performance management initiatives.
- Maintain HRMS databases, employee personnel files, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Liaise with payroll consultants, group insurance providers, and third-party HR vendors.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience spanning both talent acquisition and core HR operations.
- Proficiency in using HRMS platforms and job boards/portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
- Hands-on knowledge of payroll input coordination, attendance tracking systems, and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to work independently.
