We are hiring a high-energy, ambitious, and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive for our Mumbai locations in Andheri and Thane. This role is focused on managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and driving fast-paced closures within a leading multinational real estate and proptech services organization.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates and business units.

Source quality candidate profiles utilizing job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, headhunting, and database channels.

Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess cultural and functional fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating smooth feedback loops.

Build, track, and maintain a strong talent pipeline across key positions.

Follow up actively with shortlisted and offered candidates to ensure exceptional candidate engagement and timely joining.

Achieve challenging recruitment targets while ensuring positive candidate experiences.

Candidates must possess a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Requires 1 to 3 years of relevant talent acquisition experience with no employment gaps.

Ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and an age profile of up to 27 years.

Operates within the real estate, proptech, and financial consulting industry with 5 days working schedule.
