Job Overview:
Acme Services is hiring an HR & Admin Manager on behalf of a leading real estate firm in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, vendor management, and complete office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, induction, and overall employee lifecycle workflows.
- Oversee attendance, leave tracking, monthly payroll coordination, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Formulate and enforce HR policies, ensure labor law compliance, and handle employee grievance resolution.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, maintain employee databases, and handle all official HR documentation.
- Direct office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, housekeeping, security, pantry, and office maintenance.
- Handle vendor negotiations, invoice processing, and administration budget monitoring.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA in HR is an added advantage.
- 5 to 7 years of core experience in HR operations and office administration, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory HR policies, and facility management.
- Proficiency in MS Office; hands-on experience with Zoho People is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and leadership skills.
