We are hiring for the position of HR Business Partner (HRBP).

Budget: Up to 6 LPA
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Reporting To: CHRO
Preference: Female candidates preferred

Job Overview:
Square Yards is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage employee relations, performance improvement, HR policies, and employee engagement while partnering with business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), including tracking, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Handle POSH-related matters, including awareness, policy implementation, and coordination in accordance with applicable guidelines.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and employee relations initiatives.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Support performance appraisals, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Analyse HR metrics and recommend improvements in employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Work closely with the CHRO on strategic HR initiatives and business priorities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR Business Partnering with hands-on exposure to PIP handling, employee grievances, and POSH.
- Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
