GSS HR Solutions is looking for experienced Master Data Management professionals for an MDM Higher Grade ā HRO Operations role. The position involves leading employee master data operations across multiple locations, with strong expertise in SAP HCM, Employee Central, data governance, reconciliation, and operational leadership. The role goes beyond routine transaction processing and focuses on reviewing MDM activities, resolving recurring employee-data issues, strengthening process controls, and driving service delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Employee Master Data Management: Manage and review Employee MDM transaction processing. Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central. Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and processed within operational requirements. Review MDM activities and identify recurring data-related issues. Data Reconciliation & Issue Resolution: Perform regular reconciliation of employee master data. Identify and resolve data discrepancies across systems. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring data issues. Implement corrective actions to improve data accuracy and prevent recurring issues. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and publish MIS reports and operational dashboards. Monitor relevant MDM/HRO performance and service delivery metrics. Support management with accurate data and operational reporting. Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Data Governance requirements. Maintain compliance with SOX and audit requirements. Support process controls and operational governance. Ensure employee data operations follow applicable compliance standards. Team Management: Manage a team of approximately 15 members working across multiple locations. Review team activities and ensure effective service delivery. Support team performance, issue resolution, and operational excellence. Stakeholder Management: Support internal stakeholders on employee master data-related matters. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies and operational issues. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen MDM processes and controls. Drive continuous improvement in employee data operations. Improve data quality, operational efficiency, and service delivery. Required Qualifications & Experience: 9ā11 years of relevant experience in MDM / HR Master Data. Hands-on experience in SAP HCM and Employee Central is mandatory. Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability is mandatory. Hands-on experience in reconciliation and MIS reporting. Strong knowledge of India Labour Laws is mandatory. Experience in team management and stakeholder management. Strong English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Exposure to Data Quality and Governance frameworks. Knowledge of SOX and audit requirements. Preferred Qualification: SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Certification is preferred. Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Employee Central, HR Master Data, Data Governance, or HR Shared Services. The candidate should be capable of leading MDM operations, managing a team, resolving complex data issues, and improving process controls and service delivery.
