Source Resources Pvt. Limited is hiring experienced Bulk Hiring Recruiters to manage high-volume recruitment requirements across banking, BPO, and other non-IT sectors. The role requires strong sourcing and screening capabilities, the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously, and a proven track record of high-volume closures. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment activities from sourcing to candidate closure. Handle high-volume hiring requirements across banking, BPO, and other non-IT sectors. Understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for multiple open positions. Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring-related documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring priorities. Achieve recruitment targets and high-volume closure timelines. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Support other talent acquisition and recruitment activities as required. Location: Noida Sector 132 / Greater Noida Work Mode: Work From Office Experience: 2+ Years Working Days: 5.5 Days Salary: Up to ā¹30,000 per month, depending on interview and experience Function: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Role: Bulk Hiring Recruiter Preferred Hiring Exposure: Banking Sector, BPO / Volume Hiring, Bulk Recruitment, High-Volume Closures Key Skills: Bulk Hiring, High-Volume Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment, Banking Recruitment, BPO Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, Resume Screening, Interview Coordination, Candidate Follow-up, Recruitment MIS, Candidate Pipeline Management, Stakeholder Management, Communication, Recruitment Target Management Preferred Profile: Candidates with 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience and strong exposure to bulk hiring, banking-sector recruitment, BPO/volume hiring, and high-volume closures will be preferred. Candidates from HR Executive, Operations, or US IT Recruitment profiles without relevant bulk hiring experience are not preferred.
