Job Description
Gente Consulting is hiring US IT Recruiters for its Work From Office team in Noida Sector 63. The role involves sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for US-based requirements and managing recruitment activities in a night-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment activities from sourcing to candidate closure.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate follow-ups.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and recruitment-related documentation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely closure of positions.
Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates as required.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

Salary Structure:
ā¹14,000 in-hand + incentives during the 3-month probation period
ā¹16,000 in-hand + incentives after probation
ā¹18,000 in-hand + incentives from joining through the 9th month, based on performance
