Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Handle candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation and offer management.
• Manage technical hiring for Software Developers, QA, Flutter, React, .NET, Technical Support and other business functions.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers and exit/full & final processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs and HR MIS.
• Coordinate PF, UAN, ESIC and other statutory requirements.
• Handle employee engagement, queries, concerns and grievances.
• Manage probation, confirmation, appraisals and performance reviews.
• Support KRA/KPI setting and identify training and development requirements.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and processes.
• Handle absenteeism, late coming, misconduct and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare recruitment, attendance, employee strength, attrition and other HR MIS reports.
• Support manpower planning and improve HR processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
• MBA/PGDM in HR or Human Resources Management.
• 4–7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Experience in both IT and non-IT hiring preferred.
• Good knowledge of payroll inputs, HR policies and statutory compliance.
• Strong employee-handling and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/HR tools.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience in a product-based or technology company is an added advantage.
