Skyleaf is hiring an Assistant Manager - HRBP for an on-site role in Mumbai. This full-time position focuses on end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and business partnering for a growing organization across retail outlets and a central kitchen setup.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding.
Handle HR operations, employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management.
Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, payroll processing, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF).
Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and oversee exit formalities.
Maintain recruitment and HR MIS reports and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Conduct weekly visits to outlets and the Central Kitchen to resolve HR operational and manpower needs.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or an HRBP role within QSR, F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Bakery, or FMCG sectors.
Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification preferred.
Competencies: Strong communication, stakeholder management, execution skills, and willingness to travel weekly to field outlets and the Central Kitchen.
