Job Overview
Hexaware Technologies is hiring a Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition to drive high-volume recruitment. This leadership position focuses on managing bulk hiring for customer service, technical support, sales, collections, and operations roles, leading a recruitment team, managing vendor channels, and delivering key talent acquisition metrics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment across customer service, sales, technical support, collections, and back-office operations.
2. Formulate and execute multi-channel hiring strategies, including walk-in drives, campus recruitment, job fairs, employee referrals, and vendor partnerships.
3. Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
4. Partner with operations leaders and hiring managers for workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
5. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors, optimizing channel costs and SLAs.
6. Track recruitment analytics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratios, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
7. Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and MIS reports to business leadership.
8. Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and maintain exceptional candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Proven experience in bulk/volume recruitment within ITES, BPO, or BPM environments.
2. Demonstrated track record in managing teams and driving high-volume hiring targets.
3. Expertise in vendor management, channel optimization, and sourcing strategy execution.
4. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in recruitment metrics and reporting dashboard creation.
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
