As we move into our next phase of growth, we are looking for a CHRO who can work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a high-performing, people-centric, and future-ready organisation. The CHRO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping shape organisational culture, leadership effectiveness, people strategy, and long-term organisational growth through strategic HR, culture transformation, coaching, and leadership facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:

Formulating and executing overall HR strategy, culture initiatives, and organization development interventions.

Driving the implementation of company Vision, Mission, and Core Values across all global business units.

Establishing and upgrading HR policies, standard operating processes, and modern HR systems.

Leading Performance Management Systems, KPI frameworks, OKRs, and strategic goal setting.

Designing organizational structures, grading systems, bands, and designation frameworks.

Leading compensation restructuring, incentive design, executive pay, and variable pay programs.

Managing strategic talent acquisition, workforce retention strategies, and succession planning.

Spearheading continuous learning, leadership development, and capability-building programs.

Enhancing employee engagement, internal communication frameworks, and company-wide transparency.

Strengthening HRMIS infrastructure, reporting accuracy, and predictive people analytics.

Designing comprehensive Rewards & Recognition (R&R) frameworks.

Overseeing HR governance, statutory compliance, and legal coordination across jurisdictions.

Providing executive coaching, leadership development, and advisory support to top management.
Requirements and Qualifications:

10 to 15 plus years of progressive human resources experience with proven leadership capability.

Strong track record in senior HR leadership, Head of HR, or executive HRBP roles.

Direct experience partnering with CEOs, board members, and senior executive leadership teams.

Deep expertise in Strategic HR, PMS, compensation and benefits, talent management, and OD.

Proven track record in driving large-scale culture transformation and organizational change.

Hands-on experience in executive coaching and leadership workshop facilitation.

High strategic acumen combined with a proactive, hands-on execution approach.

Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
