Job Description
Caterspoint Futuristic Foods is hiring a result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions across its F&B and cloud kitchen operations. The role focuses on high-volume hiring, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment MIS, and achieving defined hiring and onboarding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
Drive high-volume recruitment for Commis Chefs, Kitchen Helpers, Riders, and other F&B roles.
Develop effective sourcing strategies based on business and manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, local networks, referrals, agencies, and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Maintain daily and weekly recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases.
Ensure blue-collar positions are closed within the targeted time-to-fill of 15 days.
Source and screen a minimum of 20 qualified candidates per week.
Achieve targeted onboarding of 10–15 candidates per month.
Coordinate offer discussions, joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
Monitor recruitment performance and hiring progress against assigned targets.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely reporting.
Work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Strong expertise in blue-collar and mass recruitment, knowledge of the Delhi/NCR talent market and sourcing hubs, proficiency in Hindi and English, and hands-on experience with MS Excel and ATS/recruitment tracking systems will be preferred.
