Job Description
Stafex Services is hiring an experienced Plant HR Head to lead the complete HR function for a manufacturing organisation with a workforce of 200–500+ employees. The role requires strong expertise in Plant HR, Industrial Relations, labour compliance, blue-collar workforce management, employee relations, and workforce productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations and workforce planning for the plant.
Manage Industrial Relations, employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Handle permanent, contractual, apprentice, and blue-collar workforce management.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and Contract Labour regulations.
Manage manpower planning, recruitment, deployment, retention, and workforce productivity.
Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, overtime management, and HR MIS.
Drive employee engagement, workplace culture, productivity, and employee welfare initiatives.
Conduct and coordinate labour audits, statutory inspections, and compliance activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and statutory documentation.
Partner with the Plant Head, Operations, Production, and Corporate HR teams on people and workforce matters.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with plant requirements.
Support performance management, workforce development, and succession planning.
Monitor HR metrics and provide regular workforce reports to plant and corporate leadership.
Resolve employee and workforce-related issues while maintaining a productive work environment.
Ensure effective implementation of corporate HR policies and practices at the plant level.
