Job Description
Meta Caps is hiring an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage and drive the complete HR function at its Hyderabad location. The role involves HR Operations, people management, payroll, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, labour laws, licensing, and strategic HR planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR Operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Lead people management initiatives and provide HR support to employees and business teams.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Develop and implement talent management and workforce planning initiatives.
Manage monthly payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and labour laws.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Drive performance management processes and support employee development.
Manage HR policies, procedures, and ensure effective implementation across the organisation.
Coordinate license applications, renewals, and related compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance records.
Prepare HR MIS, reports, and management dashboards as required.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Partner with leadership on people-related matters and organisational requirements.
Contribute to strategic HR planning and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee and HR information.
