Job Description
Hellowork Consultants is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, people management, employee experience, and workplace culture initiatives. The role will focus on managing the complete employee lifecycle, strengthening employee engagement, ensuring HR compliance, and implementing effective people practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and exit management.
Lead People & Culture initiatives to build an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace.
Develop and execute employee engagement programs, rewards and recognition initiatives, wellness activities, and cultural events.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling with professionalism and confidentiality.
Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and HR policies.
Drive seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Track and analyse HR metrics, employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement trends.
Partner with stakeholders and managers on employee-related matters.
Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, retention, and workplace culture.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and employee documentation.
Support continuous improvement of HR operations and people processes.
