Job Summary:
The Singh Consultancy is urgently looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to independently manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, policies, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee exits.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead and coordinate HR activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience managing HR operations independently.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions and work in a fast-paced environment.
