Job Description
ICROZ Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join its 3-month HR Internship Program in Hyderabad, Telangana. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, candidate sourcing, HR operations, and interview coordination. The HR Intern will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates according to job requirements, contacting candidates, and explaining available job opportunities. Responsibilities will also include coordinating interviews, following up on interview feedback, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, assisting with HR documentation and onboarding activities, preparing daily recruitment reports, updating candidate statuses, and supporting the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities. Graduates and final-year students interested in Human Resources and recruitment are eligible to apply, and freshers are welcome. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Excel, and a willingness to learn recruitment processes and work toward assigned targets. During the 3-month internship, candidates will gain knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, resume screening, candidate sourcing, job portal and LinkedIn recruitment techniques, interview scheduling, candidate management, HR documentation, and onboarding procedures. An internship certificate will be provided subject to successful completion of the program and company requirements.
