Inflow Technologies Private Limited is hiring an HR IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers and technical teams, developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, managing candidate communication, coordinating interviews and selection processes, and supporting onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networking platforms and other recruitment channels.
Screen and interview candidates and coordinate selection and offer stages.
Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
Maintain recruitment reports and update applicant tracking systems.
Coordinate with HR, business and technical teams to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Support onboarding activities and ensure a fair and consistent recruitment process.
Requirements:
3-4 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills.
Experience in full-life-cycle recruitment and hiring.
Experience in corporate or agency recruitment, preferably in IT, technology distribution or related industries.
Strong interviewing, selection, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job portals and professional networking platforms.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
Experience working with multiple clients and in an organization with at least 150 employees.
Professional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
