Job Description
Position: Senior Executive - HR | Experience: 3-6 Years | Location: Andheri, Mumbai | Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent HR qualification | Salary: ā¹30,000-ā¹35,000 per month | Preferred: Female Candidates. The role involves independently managing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment and talent acquisition, employee onboarding and induction, HR operations, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management support, employee relations and grievance handling, exit management, HR MIS and reporting, and HR policy and process implementation. Candidates should have experience in HR operations, recruitment and talent acquisition, payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, HRMS/HRIS, statutory compliance, HR MIS and reporting, HR documentation and intermediate or advanced MS Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, coordination skills, confidentiality and integrity, time management, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and an employee-oriented approach are required.
