Role Overview
The incumbent will manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsible for implementing recruitment strategies in the allotted business area by understanding the recruitment dynamics. Devise strategies for talent attraction, mapping, pipelining, and talent intelligence. Ensures the recruitment practices are compliant with global and regional processes and legal requirements while meeting business priorities and objectives. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader for India.
Key Responsibilities
Foster relationships with stakeholders in Business, HR, and Total Rewards teams to build effective sourcing techniques and closing approaches through a deep understanding of role descriptions.
Work with the Business, HR, and Total Rewards to determine appropriate compensation ranges and structures.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Develop business acumen and subject matter expertise to fulfill hiring needs by designing ideal talent strategies within the sub-region.
Ensure hiring milestones and recruitment metrics are consistently achieved.
What You Will Need to be Successful
Full time Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR.
8 to 10 years of related experience in full-cycle recruiting, hands-on experience in sourcing and screening applicants in Engineering, Manufacturing, Consumer Durables, or Heavy Engineering industries.
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards to attract top talent.
Prior experience and exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, Taleo, or SuccessFactors is preferred.
