Job Title: HR Coordinator
Job Overview:
Waafoo is looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to help build a strong team, establish effective HR processes, and create a professional, people-friendly work environment in Greater Noida. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, HR documentation, payroll support, and policy implementation within a fast-moving startup environment.

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities.
- Support payroll inputs, maintain HR databases, and assist with compliance activities.
- Implement HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reporting systems.
- Coordinate induction programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance reviews.
- Track hiring metrics, pending tasks, and key HR deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with founders, department heads, and team members.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR coordination or recruitment is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation processes.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for building new systems and processes from the ground up.
