Job Description
Role: HR Executive - Generalist
Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Delhi NCR
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding, induction, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and employee queries.
- Statutory Compliance: Coordinate applicable labour law compliance, PF, ESIC, statutory records, and filings with internal teams and external consultants.
- Employee Engagement: Manage employee grievances, engagement initiatives, retention, and disciplinary documentation.
- Performance Management: Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee confirmation processes.
- HR MIS & Reporting: Maintain employee databases and prepare reports on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and manpower costs.
- Organisation-Wide HR Operations: Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across offices, plants, warehouses, and collection centres.
Who Should Apply:
- Proactive HR professional with 3-5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Added advantage: Prior experience working on Keka HRMS, particularly for attendance, leave management, employee records, and payroll coordination.
