Role: HR & Admin Executive
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
Experience: 2-4 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR or a related field

American Edge Engineers Pvt. Ltd. provides MEP engineering and BIM services to architecture, engineering, and construction firms across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, and employee data.
- Manage statutory compliance and documentation related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and other applicable requirements.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and team-building initiatives.
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
Office Administration:
- Manage office facilities, vendors, supplies, and company assets.
- Coordinate business travel, meetings, events, and other administrative requirements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and office administration.
- Graduate degree or MBA in HR or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of Indian HR practices and applicable statutory compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently in a growing organization.
