Job Description
Grafton is hiring a Sr. Executive – HR Operations (Payroll) for a leading multinational manufacturing organization based in Gurgaon. The role will focus on payroll processing, HR MIS, employee data management, HR audits, statutory compliance, HR budgeting, expense management, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in MS Excel, data analysis, HR dashboards, and Zoho People.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processing activities, including new joiner documentation, payroll inputs, F&F processing, payroll provisioning, and leave accruals.
Maintain accurate employee master data and HR records in Zoho People.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and workforce-related reports.
Analyze employee data, attrition trends, and HR metrics using predefined HR software and MS Excel.
Perform data analysis and prepare HR dashboards for management review.
Coordinate HR audit activities, maintain audit documentation, and support closure of audit observations.
Ensure practitioner-level compliance with applicable statutory requirements, with strong hands-on knowledge of PF compliance.
Manage HR budget-related activities and track HR expenses.
Process HR-related invoices and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely payments.
Support recruitment activities and coordinate hiring requirements as required.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of payroll and HR Operations activities.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling payroll and employee information.
Identify opportunities for improving HR processes, reporting, and data management.

Candidate Requirements:
Stable career history with an average tenure of approximately 2 years or more.
Candidate should have been handling the relevant HR Operations / Payroll role in the current organization for more than 2 years.
Strong practical knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis is mandatory.
Ability to independently prepare HR dashboards and management reports.
Hands-on experience with Zoho People is mandatory.
Practical payroll processing and HR MIS experience is required.
PF compliance knowledge at practitioner level is mandatory.
Candidates should be proactive and willing to support recruitment activities as required.
