Job Description
KHR Creative is hiring an experienced HR Manager for a reputed manufacturing organization in Bangalore. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, statutory compliance, workforce management, and other core HR activities within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing facility.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with organizational requirements.
Manage recruitment activities for plant and corporate positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage workforce attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
Coordinate with statutory consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders for HR and compliance-related activities.
Support manpower planning and workforce deployment based on business requirements.
Drive employee engagement, welfare, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Maintain HR MIS, employee databases, compliance records, and management reports.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Conduct and support HR audits, statutory inspections, and compliance reviews.
Partner with plant and business leadership to address workforce and people-related requirements.
Ensure smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day HR activities within the manufacturing environment.
