Job Description
Raksha Elite is hiring an experienced HR professional to independently manage end-to-end HR and Administration functions. The role will be responsible for HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, statutory compliance, HR policies, HRMS, administration, facility management, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce requirements.
Drive PMS, KRA/KPI setting, performance evaluation, and performance management processes.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and HR processes.
Identify opportunities for HR process improvement and operational efficiency.
Manage HRMS/ERP, HR MIS, dashboards, and advanced Excel-based reporting.
Handle employee documentation, records, and HR data management.
Lead administration and facility management activities.
Manage security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, vendors, AMC, guest house, and infrastructure-related requirements.
Drive employee engagement activities and support Learning & Development initiatives.
Support POSH compliance and Internal Committee-related activities.
Coordinate with management and cross-functional stakeholders on HR and administrative matters.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in employee and organizational information.
Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 8–15 Years
CTC: ₹5.40–6 LPA
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR or equivalent
