Job Description
YRCS is hiring a senior HR leader to head a high-impact HR transformation mandate for a large, well-established organisation in Mumbai. The role will focus on driving HR strategy, human capital transformation, industrial relations, plant HR, organisation development, workforce transformation, and executive talent management across a complex manufacturing, infrastructure, or heavy EPC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead human capital transformation and organization-wide HR transformation initiatives.
Oversee industrial relations, plant HR operations, union management, and complex workforce matters.
Drive organisation development and workforce transformation initiatives.
Develop and implement talent strategies, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Lead executive development initiatives and strengthen the organization's leadership pipeline.
Partner with CXO-level executives and the Board on strategic people and organisational matters.
Provide strategic direction on workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational effectiveness.
Build and strengthen HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
Lead initiatives focused on culture, productivity, employee capability, and organisational performance.
Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters in large-scale operational environments.
Develop and mentor senior HR teams and build a high-performance HR function.
Use HR metrics and workforce insights to support strategic business decisions.
Drive change management and transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Preferred Profile: Senior/C-suite HR leaders with a proven track record of leading HR functions in large-scale manufacturing, infrastructure, or heavy EPC organisations. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in strategic HR transformation, industrial relations, plant HR, workforce transformation, succession planning, executive development, and CXO/Board-level stakeholder management.
