Job Description
Credence Global Solutions is hiring an experienced and people-focused Human Resource Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, engagement, HR policies, performance management, and HR coordination. The role will focus on building strong workplace teams, supporting employee experience, and ensuring effective execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on business requirements.
Handle employee relations and address employee concerns professionally.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
Manage and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace-related concerns.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate with business leaders and internal stakeholders on HR matters.
Maintain effective employee communication and HR documentation.
Support initiatives focused on employee retention and workplace satisfaction.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.
Contribute to building a positive, productive, and collaborative workplace culture.

Shift: Rotational
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
