KERNSOFTWARE SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a proactive, people-focused, and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, and employee relations. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection coordination. Understand manpower requirements and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs. Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support. Drive employee engagement, welfare, and workplace culture initiatives. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR operations. Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Support statutory compliance and related HR documentation. Conduct exit formalities and maintain employee feedback and separation records. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Contribute to building a positive, professional, and high-performance work culture. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
